10-15 Jalapeno peppers<BR>1 (or 2) Package of Philly Cream Cheese and Chives..you may use the Orig too.<BR>Tony Chachere's<BR>Bacon<BR>Spicy Ranch or Chipotle Ranch Salad Dressing for dipping<BR>Tooth picks<BR><BR><BR>-Set cream cheese out until room temp...&nbsp;and some Tony's<br> -Split pepper and gut it.<BR>-Fire up the grill and get her hot, grill too.<BR>-Fill pepper with cream cheese mixture.<BR>-Wrap pepper with slice of bacon &amp; stab it with a tooth pick to hold the bacon in place. <BR>-Place on grill and watch it like a hawk....it'll burn up easy! When your bacon is crisp, before the cheese runs out, put'em on a dish, grab a beer or 3, some chipotle ranch, and ENJOY!!!! <br>

They are great! I love Southwestern Tex Mex food! On the Atkins right now so I'm limited. I eat them the night before going hunting on severely cold days. They keep your waders not only nice and warm, but fragrant too!!!
