Need to slow down my trolling speed and I am tired of using a drift sock. Any recommendations for a trolling plate for my 90hp mercury outboard? Brand, style, mounting options? Was looking at Easy Troller trolling plate.

    Thanks

Cabelas troll-n-go. It's a little pricy but well worth the extra money.

you can control your speed..plus the spotlock feature is great when perch fishing...worth every penny...just look at how many boats on erie have them on the bow of there boats.
