<P style="MARGIN: 0px">Have the birds fired back up down south? I figured the hens should be pretty nested up by now. I hunted Ashtabula this weekend and the birds had a bad case of lock jaw. D-man I hunted this past week end in Crawford county pa. just across the street from Ashtabula and had a couple of birds going like crazy. Seem like they are vocal one place today and then another tomorrow. I'll keep at it until one is on the ground. <P>I hear ya. I had a buddy who hunted about 4 miles from me on Sat. and had 4 gobblin their heads off. Sunday, he never heard a bird at the same place.</P>
