I saw 7 Tundra swans on the Muskingum River, 4 adult birds, and 3 juvinile birds, and they all had neck bands. Reminds me of NC when I got the one below (wish mine would of had a neck band):

I can't remember his name but he is on Gantz Rd. in Grove City, South Columbus.
