New to the site. From the Hamilton, Ohio area and just getting into waterfowl by myself this season. Have deer hunted my entire life. I have shot a few ducks so far on public ground. Looking for advice on river hunting and possibly some guys around the area who wouldn't mind helping me out.

New Here too, Done some private pond duck hunting when I was ALOT younger. Starting to adventure into public Duck hunting with my teenage boys, trying to keep them outside versus game playing inside. LOL.
Got a question, looked at Spring Valley Wildlife just this past weekend, looks like an easy lake to get my boys out on a boat with blind, Is this allowed or is it only special lottery blind hunting only? Or can I show up and put our jon boat in the water with electric motor and hopefully shoot some ducks/geese?

Thanks,

Rather than ask here, call the wildlife officer for that county. Shot my first duck at Spring Valley, Jan 1, 1965. Drake mallard - BANDED!
