Struttin' tom

    <P style="MARGIN: 0px">Val was going to work today to meet me at a job. At a bridge were four to five electric workers putting up new power lines. She ask me "did you see the tom turkey by the bridge.&nbsp;I did'nt, so we drove back down there. About ten feet from the workers truck and from&nbsp;the workers&nbsp;was a tom strutting with about an eight inch beard. His feathers were a mess&nbsp; from the morning dew.</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">&nbsp;</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">We shot two about three hundred years from there three years ago.</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">&nbsp;</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">They used to winter flock there up until last year. My only guess is that</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">the neighbors must have fed it and it became tame or it was someone's pet.</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">&nbsp;</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">It was gone when we came by again at lunch time.</P>
