coat in flour and brown in a HOT cast iron pan on both sides.
Transfer to a crock pot and add a little chicken broth and cook on low until the meat falls off the bone.

    Easy and delicious!

I like to slow cook then shred, add country gravy and serve over biscuits and mashed potato

Skin it, wash it real well, then grill it whole. Eat off bone. Good stuff.

Thanks guys I decided to boil in water with whole garlic cloves an onion and peppercorns for an hour and a half then I dredged in seasoned flour and fried in a cast iron pan with bacon drippings. The stuff turned out like crack, couldn't stop eating it, it kind of tasted like KFC extra crispy chicken!
