Never have, wanting to try it. Does anyone have any tips/ pointers?
I use a heavy smoke - apple or pecan - spray every 10-15 minutes (apple juice)- don't over cook
I use lowest setting on my smoker 180 degrees
Nice! Ever do a bag of those tiny wings/legs?
never tried the pcs. always whole wings
don't see why it would not work ? they will cook faster.

Then to the grill fo sum flava
making me hungry..have to pull smoker out now !
