I would imagine nearly every deer has some sort of parasite. Just cook it to a proper temperature.

Brother in law called me said he shot a deer, went over to help and back at his barn while we were getting ready to hang I noticed what appeared to be a tapeworm wiggling on the the back ham where the butthole used to be. I have never seen this and his question is , is the meat safe
