Propane will be roaring

Looks like a perfect weekend for our annual campground clambake. 25 dozen little necks ready for the steamer. Shrimp bisque, clam chowder, roasted Cornish hens and baked sweet potatoes. I also threw together a nice crab, artichoke and spinach appetizer. Gonna toss some smoked sausage in with the sweet corn. Also going to skewer some London broil strips on bamboo skewers, then marinate for those who need their red meat fix. Half the invites bringing an appetizer to share, the other half desserts. Luckily I requested the shelter house a few weeks back. Still will try to have a nice bonfire going. And plenty of adult beverages and college football to boot!!!:spot:
