Painting divers

I need to freshen up the white on the sides of my diver decoys, blue bills. I have read that some white paint will shine or give off some sort of blue cast??? Anyway, could someone point me in the right direction on the type of paint to use???

Flat white rustoleum protective enamel is what I use. Adheres better than any I've used.
