Can anyone tell me any info on my decoys? They are herters, and look kinda old, they are hollow but made out of hard plastic. I have some bills of this description, oh the keels are just a thin strip down the middle, maybe a 1/8" wide by1" deep. Any info would be appreciated. thanks
