<P>Take a portion of the breast meat and cut it into 2 inch strips. Bread it and pan fry in olive oil. Then place in corning wear dish with can of mushrooms, slice 1 small onion and 1 can of mushroom soup. Place in oven at 350 for 2.5 -3 hours. It will melt in your mouth and longer it cooks (3 hrs) more flavor. This is the way my wife prefers me to cook wild turkey.</P>
