ALFA is the logo. It could be a Spanish (Spain) version of an early 20's S&W.

I also found another source online that shows ALFA as a German distributor (Adolf L. Frank Co.) that branded Spanish revolvers with the ALFA name.

The logo could also belong to Armero Especialistas Reunidas of Eibar, Spain.

Are there any other markings on the frame, barrel, trigger guard or grip?

It does replicate the S&W. And I have seen the Spanish models, it is close in comparison. I will look for other marking this evening. TY.
