What will you have in the house for the holidays? My wife likes her cabernet, and I'm a vodka guy. But the kid's will all be over for the holidays, all through next weeks New Years Eve celebration. They will all want Christmas Ale tomorrow with the glass rims rubbed in cinnamon sugar. The oldest daughter will make her Christmas martinis with Lady Godiva White Chocolate liquor and chocolate vodka. I'm reminded of Clark Griswold's father in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation when asked how he survived the holidays- "I had a lot of help from Jack Daniels" Happy holidays to everyone! :D

Had a pretty extravagant Bloody Mary bar at Christmas last Sunday and I usually make an Egg Nog.

I'm usually the only one that drinks it so it works out really well for 2-4 days.
Aged eggnog and Swedish glögg. All homemade.
Made my eggnog on September 1st. Should be perfect tomorrow
Best croque monsieur I've ever made and my Brother's Italian Torte was excellent.

Wife likes the occasional Christmas ale with cinnamon/honey on the rim. I like tito's and soda with lime, or watershed gin and tonic with cucumber. Also like bourbon. Almost any kind. Just had blantons, and it's pretty darn good. Been sippin on some pappy van winkle for a while. Special occasions only for obvious reasons...,

Haven't had it yet, but a friend has a rediculous surplus of thirsty dog Labrador? Supposed to be really good. He's going to give me a couple cases when I see them

I will be taking them to ragtime's house as a gift, to make up for all of that food of his I'm going to eat!
