I know the that’s a drake not sure if the others are hen eiders or another species?

Very unusual, I think, but it happens. Near the end of the south zone season, a friend of mine shot a drake surf scoter on the Scioto River south of Columbus.

This picture was taken at the east point light house on Prince Edward Island Canada. I am working up here.
