This really isn't all that special, and i'm sure most of you guys have cooked ducks like this...it's one of my favorites

marinate duck breasts in italian dressing overnight, while making morning coffee the next day put deboned breast meat in the crock pot with some cream of chicken soup & italian dressing, salt & pepper. Make sure to stir the italian dressing into the cream of chicken thoroughly. Put in duck breast meat and make sure meat is fairly well covered- you can always add more cream of chicken & italian if you really banged the ducks up. Cook on low all day in the crock pot while you're at work, in class etc.

Come home from boring classes, crack open a beer, cook some Uncle Bens Long Grain & Wild Rice. When rice is done put a bunch of rice on your plate, and then scoop out some duck meat & sauce out of the crockpot and put it right on the rice

always tender & moist, minimal effort- enjoy with a fine beer!

be advised this has never been tried with Divers - I only shoot edible ducks
