<P style="MARGIN: 0px">This really isn't all that special, and i'm sure most of you guys have cooked ducks like this...it's one of my favorites</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px"> </P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">marinate duck breasts in italian dressing overnight, while making morning coffee the next day put deboned breast meat in the crock pot with some cream of chicken soup & italian dressing, salt & pepper. Make sure to stir the italian dressing into the cream of chicken thoroughly. Put in duck breast meat and make sure meat is fairly well covered- you can always add more cream of chicken & italian if you really banged the ducks up. Cook on low all day in the crock pot while you're at work, in class etc. </P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px"> </P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">Come home from boring classes, crack open a beer, cook some Uncle Bens Long Grain & Wild Rice.
