Seen a recipe on Remington outdoors, and had to try it. Of course I'm no chef, so I put my own spin on it.(I couldn't remember it all anyways) Turned out Great.
Wheat pitas
Thin sliced tomatoes
Sautéed mushrooms
Sautéed zucchini and yellow squash(thin sliced)
Caramelized onions
Couple fresh duck breasts(salt and pepper, cooked med rare) thin sliced
Feta cheese, Mozzarella cheese
Arrange all the ingredients on the pitas and put on grill until cheese is melted.
