No on 2 means you are against pot

Yes on 2 means you are against pot

Can I have some of what you are smoking?

No on both. If you read into 2, there are some hidden agendas. I'm all for legalization of Marijuana even though I don't use it myself. However, I'm all for personal liberty more and don't agree with 3. If you're going to legalize it, legalize it. Cut out all the fat.

I too think it should be legalized, but not like they have it set up. I will be voting no on both. When they get it right, I'll be happy to vote yes.

Just curious. What is it in 3 that you don't like?

and this is what happens when the constitution is amended to the benefit of select people

Do you mean the select few that will put up a ton of money, juggle thru all of the regulations, create jobs type of people? Of course they are going to profit heavily from it, but so is the state. That is, if the Assembly can earmark those revenues for schools, first responders, etc...... yup, Im all for it.

Im against 3 because I don't believe in regulations against personal liberty and free market. I'm not a Marijuana user , so legalizing it does not directly affect me. It's more about liberty to me.

Sort of like the tobacco and alcohol industries? They will never treat it as a plant. Revenue will be made for everyone involved and personal liberty and free market be damned......the govt will never back off regulating.

Voting no on it.....guess I still believe how my grandparents and parents raised me.....IMHO there is a lot more issues that need addressed than legalizing pot and creating another Govt. bureaucracy....again IMHO I think it all reeks:)eek:)....there are enough illegal dopers driving the highways and legal drunks driving the roads....just saying......also no one is factoring in the increased health care costs for treating the brain dead stoners. Don't believe it look at the Democratic presidential front runners.....

I'll not vote for the alleged ''freedoms'' of masses as heavily monopolized by an extreme #s of few.

There's already a huge problem with ppl being UNEMPLOYABLE due to CAN'T PASS A URINE TEST, coupled with DON'T WANNA WORK. Further condoning a passive making drug will not help.

Sorry...mid 50's and no rose colored glasses here...this is a non-starter for me simply because of my 1st point, little alone the actual impact on society
