No on both. If you read into 2, there are some hidden agendas. I'm all for legalization of Marijuana even though I don't use it myself. However, I'm all for personal liberty more and don't agree with 3. If you're going to legalize it, legalize it. Cut out all the fat.
I too think it should be legalized, but not like they have it set up. I will be voting no on both. When they get it right, I'll be happy to vote yes.

Do you mean the select few that will put up a ton of money, juggle thru all of the regulations, create jobs type of people? Of course they are going to profit heavily from it, but so is the state. Sort of like the tobacco and alcohol industries? They will never treat it as a plant. Voting no on it.....guess I still believe how my grandparents and parents raised me.....IMHO there is a lot more issues that need addressed than legalizing pot and creating another Govt. bureaucracy....again IMHO I think it all reeks
