Hmmmm...cork is nice, if you can afford them or if you can carve them. Wood is nice....again if you can afford them. Restles all the way.... Toledo Dekes.... I try to keep the plastic out of the boat, but do own a couple dozen G&H for the marsh.

For divers, it has to be cork or wood for me.
Somehow the stories of old just wouldn't be the same imagining the old timers tossing out a spread of plastics. Something about hunting the black and whites over a spread of handmade blocks.

Man the season is just over and I already have the bug. Drove along the big O on Sunday back and forth to cabelas and only saw a few divers. Lots of mallards in the side sloughs though.

Rig consists of herters, restles(puddlers), some cork mergans,and some plastic G&H(foam filled). Just acquired 1 doz restle geese. New divers I just p/u last season and seem bullet proof are the neumann & Bennet decoys picked up a doz reds and cans. Peace Out.
