<P>Hold the dove upside down in both hands and use your thumbs to peel the skin and feathers back, it will expose the breast meat, then all you have to do is follow the instructions of the above post<IMG src="http://www.websitetoolbox.com/images/boards/smilies/biggrin.gif" align=absMiddle border=0><IMG src="http://www.websitetoolbox.com/images/boards/smilies/cool.gif" align=absMiddle border=0><IMG src="http://www.websitetoolbox.com/images/boards/smilies/eek.gif" align=absMiddle border=0>&nbsp;DD</P>
