I've replaced servos, receiver batteries, firing pins. What's the issue with it?

My Bumper Boy will charge but the transmitter doesn't seem to communicate with the receiver.

I was able to get it fixed. The battery pack in the receiver was dead. The battery pack registered a voltage. But the amperage reading was low. The amps is the power that fires it. Battery Plus made me a new battery pack and changed the transmitter battery for $50.
