Went out this morning after sunrise and didn't hear a bird until 10:20 AM. 1 gobbled about 15 times at a crow and then shut up. Another gobbled at 12:25 PM about 20 times and that was it.

I saw a couple strutters with the ladies at one of my new spots so that is encouraging. Be back out tomorrow morning to listen at sunrise this time.

Went out this morning also and located 2 gobblers between 7:00 and 8:00. Had enough crows and geese flying to help locate them. But they still answered to the power crow before shutting-up. Going back out tomorrow morning and to another farm in the afternoon after working on a trailer. Great to hear the first gobbler of the year for me.
