Went and Scouted after work yesterday afternoon and the birds gobbled great after fly up.&nbsp; There was one group that must have been with 20 or 30 hens and they couldn't gobble fast enough.&nbsp; Birds gobbled from about 6:45 PM until 7:30 PM.&nbsp; Found a lot of scratchings in the usual producing spots.<br> <br> Going to try and gain permission on a piece of property that is loaded with birds and the guy doesn't allow anybody to hunt. So it is probably not looking good.<br> <br> Gettin' the jitters already.&nbsp; Got all the gear ready over the weekend.<br>
